Arrest warrants will be issued if there are indictments, yes?

How long does it ususally take to process indictments and generate arrest warrants?

1. The judge would issue the warrants.

4. Do you now the SOP on that?
Do the indictments get registered by the Court Clerk of Records before the warrants are issued?

Or does a judge just issue the warrant from the bench?

8. I don't know how this case will be handled. I am sure the judge
has the authority to order an arrest at any time. I am sure he will be influenced by Fitzgerald's wishes.

3. But if there is danger to the community or risk of flight
it's usually called for. Clearly this den of criminals pose a huge danger - they have already committed mass murder on a huge scale.

7. That may be true
but it would be the duty of the Secret Service to turn them over to the FBI.
