1. Methodology problem

THe problem is that a lot of the big subjects will have post after post dedicated to them; it dilutes the numbers. So while a Smoking Ban or Republican Alphabet post grows to enormous size, it's largely because it's the only one of it's type. If you added up all the Fitzmas posts, they might very well surpace those.

2. Agree with Bryant that these are focused replies to a one thread

issue.

Another one that went one forever was the woman with 16 kids.

That actually, IMO, hit a nerve about the role of women as breeders in the fundy world and was beyond that one woman's family.
