Can the Mods Put it in big RED letters at the top of the screen?

It is driving us crazy to read through all the threads to see if the Indictments have been handed down.

We need an INDICTMENT ALERT.

Is there anyway?:kick:

2. They won't need to -
We'll know it for sure when, let me repeat, Skinner strikes his magic webmaster's staff on the ground, Moses-like, and GD parts like the Red Sea into GD:CIA Leak Case and GD:Everything Else.

That's how we'll know!

14. You just know
that someone is going to latch onto that phrase "magic webmaster's staff" and Photoshop something up.

Matcom? Swamp Rat? All Photoshoppers?

17. (I don't think that's a good idea)

..... comparing Skinner to Chuck Heston.

"They can have my staff when they pry it from my cold, dead hands."

I'm joking of course.

3. What will you do
if there are no indictments?

So far, don't forget, no one knows anything. It's all rumor.

10. No. More than rumor.
There's been target letters. Indictments have been *reported*. That's beyond the rumor stage. What information do you have to lead you to believe that there will be none?

12. That's just it
I have no information, and neither does anyone else.

Things that are "reported" are rumors. No one has any substantive information. No one has had any subtantive information through all of this Fitzgerald investigation.

That's just it. Don't believe what you read in any kind of media. Believe what you hear from Fitzgerald's office and/or the grand jury. That's all.

Until then, keep this in mind: no one knows anything.

No one knows anything.

13. We *do* have information.
Many journalists are reporting these things. I know that they can be wrong. But when the big media reports things, it's much more likely to be fact. If it were just rumor we wouldn't have big media reporting it.

You choose to ignore it. I choose to believe that there's something to this information. There is certainly a preponderance of it.

16. The "big media" also "reported" the Swift Boat stories
as if they were true. They get everything wrong, don't forget. They report everything, without regard to whether it's true or not. Have you so quickly forgotten the story of Judith Miller? How about Jayson Blair?

Be a bit more skeptical. In the long run, you'll see and hear a lot more than you do if you accept all this filler that's being thrown out.

No one knows anything. Keep that in mind.

Relax. It's all rumor, gossip, and innuendo. Believe what you want, no harm in that. Just keep in mind:

No one knows anything.

7. Love it, love it!

That is what we need.

So many of the Posts have really good information but when I open it, it is just a tease post.

Maybe we can cut the tease posts until I can get in touch with my Heart Specialist.:loveya:

6. Um.
Read the news; it's easier. A breaking story like this will appear on cnn.com, nytimes.com, washingtonpost.com, reuters.com, und so weiter literally within minutes of the announcement. If you go to one of those and DON'T see anything, then it probably hasn't happened. And you have to admit it's easier to check the news sources yourself than to WAIT to read it at second or third hand from someone else who posts it HERE.

9. Not suggesting that you WATCH for it on television.
Note: "read". As in text. If you go to one of the wire-service sites there's probably a ticker that should have any developments almost immediately.

15. The moderators can't effect that kind of change.
If you want, you could ask the admins.

But I'm sure the SECOND the indictments are announced, it will be in Late Breaking News.
