It's just recycled crap, probably because he's already got all the catch phrases memorized.

The one thing I noticed is that, I missed the beginning, but apparently after he was laughed at, he was MAD and you could see it. But after he told a joke that got a laugh, he calmed down.

He suffers from low self esteem. He always on the defensive while lying his ass off and it's very clear, he doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. He's a really bad snake oil salesman.
