Zogby has Bush approval at 45%
Geez, even Rasmussen has him lower.

Says this is Bush's second uptick since bottoming out a couple of weeks ago at 41%, but still he has a negative 45/52 rating.

They're being WAY too fair in the bias cut for these numbers.
