Remember, the government is not responding on purpose.
They want gov't to look bad so people will not want it; the corporations will then take over.

Why else would walmart, with such a huge history of being nasty, now do a 180 and look good by helping people (one such person being tom delay but that's another story)

And grover nordquist saying how he wants government to drown itself in a thimble or whatever.

If you think they are being sloppy because they're mere dunderheads, think again. They WANT to destroy peoples' faith in the government and all that it stands for.

4. I don't think * fucking everything up is going to make Gov't look bad...
It will definitely make republicans look horrible.

If you ask around I'm sure you'll find the majority of Americans consider the Government essential.

5. Remember *'s quote...
"Who cares what you think".

They will do what they want and they want to dismantle the government and replace it with what they want. (or it sure as hell looks that way.)

Or at least keep it but reframe it in their own image. Which is about the same thing.

heck, too many people still haven't heard about the daylight savings hr adjustment come 2007. Amongst other things.

And there are politicians in the background who believe the neocon agenda but are clean. Expect those to somehow get into power.
