so the guy who asked for the investigation is gonna be indicted too?

i don't THINK so

Unless it is something like he did some other crime... like perjury... or something involving the Niger docs...

That would be interresting...

13. This is really getting to be too much.
It's clear that the warring factions (defenders of the WH and political operators vs. the media) are in play. Every hour has a new rumor from unofficial, unnamed, anonymous sources "close to the investigation".

The TRUTH is that there are NO SOURCES CLOSE TO THE INVESTIGATION! Fitzgerald's staff DOES NOT LEAK!

Everything we're hearing is speculation and it wouldn't surprise me if the frenzy of potential indictments is part of a strategy to lower the bar for the WH in the mode of...Just imagine the disappointment of those scumbag liberals when only two of us get indictments! Ha!

Still...It's hard not to be drawn into the suspense!

14. If Tenet is indicted, it's to get him to deal and roll on Cheney.
If Tenet is who told Cheney, as Cheney claims, then Tenet probably gave Cheney info he knew Cheney wanted for bad political motives.

He could be in the line of fire, too.

Tenet is another of Clinton's mistakes, the first being Louie Freeh.
