I know I was. This a.m. I did a three-hour seminar, and right smack in the middle of it just went to DU, regardless of my audience and what they were supposed to be doing. Yep, right there on the big rear screen projector was the instructor, checking DU.

... during my morning class.

We were discussing how the White House objections to the Kyoto Protocol have changed from skepticism about global warming (and whether or not humans were causing it) to criticism of the Kyoto treaty mechanisms themselves, now that there is more scientific evidence. I said, "I simply can't think of any examples where the President has changed his mind in the middle of a major issue, after things didn't go so well ..." -- and the class started laughing.
