While else would he pursue justice...er I mean victimize these innocent victims in the White House...who have been put through hell because of Patrick Fritgerald's (probably Ted Kennedy's distant cousin)shameless power grab. Fritz could care who he leaves in his wake.

He reportedly received an 8 page memorandum from Fitzgerald detailing the serious national security issues at stake in Fitzgerald's investigation meriting the testimony of Miller. He was apparently weighing in favor of not requiring her to testify, but Fitzgerald's information convinced him of the seriousness of the wrongdoing.
