I am against torture personally but so many of them are for it so I say give it to them.
So, anyone of them who tries the "I don't remember" or "I can't recall" or "I have no recollection" or "I forgot" or ANY SUCH NONSENSE as that rubbish...automatic free trip to the best torture spot we got.
