A new chapter in American History
Bush and his evil band of warriors have written a new chapter in American History about how a Democracy can be hoodwinked so easily and so complacently into a fascist state.
Fortunately there are enough shreds of Democracy left at this time to hopefully stop it, even though they have tried mightily to decimate the check and balance system that is fundamental to our government.
Many have been sucked into this--Democrats included.
I, for one, am taking off my blinders and will give every Democratic Congresscritter a clean slate. A chance to do it right this time.
Kerry will get my respect for his speech today, and come the primaries if he is going to throw his hat in the ring, I will consider him freshly from this day forward.
Let's make the most of what has been given us.
The only baggage we need to look at it is what the Republicans have left behind.

5. I will still remain wary and suspicious
of those unwilling to step up and speak about the whole truth of the matter.

6. I agree.
But Kerry stepped up today and took his responsibility in this mess.
Now is the time for others to do the same. Those that do will earn my respect.
Those that don't...won't.

8. I'm not worried about
Kerry anymore, but there are alot of party members I am worried about and will watch them carefully. Any candidate that purports to represent me, I will dig deep into their words and background.

7. I don't think it was all that easy
It took them 35 years or more of groundwork. Tricky-Dick-U, then RayGun OJT for the Master's before getting bumped upstairs.
