2,000 US Killed is Not the Only Point

1. The number of innocent Iraqi civilians killed by US troops
2. The number of people injured and maimed

I'll go with the Iraqi Body Count which estimates over 26,000 dead, and well over a 100,000 wounded.
And we're going to see a democratic U.S. ally emerge in Iraq?? No freakin' way. These people will hate us into eternity - and rightfully so.

3. We hear about the PTSS our troops suffer from

And rightly so. It can be a lifelong debilitating syndrome that ends up killing by way of chemical dependence and suicide, sometimes more than those lost in combat.

Now, think about 24 million Iraqis who have been Shocked and Awed, tortured, shot at, occupied, threatened and otherwise made miserable and unemployed for the last three years.

How about a WHOLE FREAKING NATION with PTSS. NOBODY talks about that.
