Ever notice CNN's "experts" from the right?...
Edited on Thu Oct-27-05 10:17 AM by Flubadubya
Ann Coulter, Jerry Falwell, Robert Bork, James Dobson... need I go on? These people on the outrageous radical right are "expert consultants" for CNN.

People on the so-called radical left, e.g. Michael Moore, Sean Penn, Jane Fonda, etc. are just chalked up as mere "clowns and rabble"... don't even deserve to be considered as human beings. Oh, and on edit... are certainly never "consulted" for their views on anything. They are just the butt of CNN's disdain.

Now THIS is the perfect example of just how screwed and skewed our mainstream media really is!!!:puke::grr::argh:

2. What's really sad
is that I think there are some thoughtful, old line Republicans out there who are starting to disagree with the hard right agenda of the Repukes in power. But do you ever hear from them? Personally, I'd like to see John Danforth on as an expert from the right-he's a former Republican Senator and Governor (MO) who recently spoke out against the extremism in his party.

4. media is SO rightwing!
Mainstream news is nuts. It's not really even close to real news. All we get are rightwing talking points, and talking heads like Trent Lott, Tim Russert, Ann Coulter, and Pat Buchanan.

Nothing in the media is fair and balanced.

I wonder if it's all packaged for ratings and BushInc.

Derrr... no wondering about it!

5. Didn't see anyone of those pukes on their own boat rescuing Katrina
survivors like Sean Penn did. "Clowns and Rabble" sounds like a kids game or a rock band.

9. I know... Lou Dobbs loves those guys...
He has had "those people" on at least twice this week and it's always to discuss the "white house trouble"... NEVER do they consult anyone on the "real" left about it. Like ya say.. :puke:

11. This is so true.
When they had Ann Coulter on this morning, I was thinking, wtf?? Why not just bring Michael Moore in to counter her?

This asswipe from Human Events up against Bill Press is a tool. "Democrats will always vote straight party line against whoever the President nominates." How does he explain the Roberts vote, then?

14. Squeaky!!!
I like that! It fits him perfectly.

What is it with these reich-wing conservative talking heads and the way they just completely lie out of their asses? It blows my mind, and I've been watching them do it on Bush's behalf for five years now. They just tell bold-faced lies that could easily be disputed by the questioner (ie, Dems vote for judges down strict party lines), but everyone just shuts up and lets Squeaky squeak.

Sickening. And CNN lost a little bit of the credibility they earned back after Katrina as soon as they put Ann Coulter up as a "commentator."

13. The range of acceptable debate is roughly
Pro-Corporate Democrat to Fascist. Moderate right to far-right, in other words.

I'm always annoyed by it, but it's to be expected from big corporate media outlets, which have become PR wings for their respective conglomerates.

16. Damn! that's a shocker...
Actually, maybe not. I started to put Ted Kennedy on my list when I realized that he is about the ONLY one from the left they ever "consult"... probably just because of his name and seniority and to have someone to kick around, I suppose.

On a different note, not that she is very "left", but notice how they SURE don't let Hillary on to ever "opine". Hell, no, they're scared stiff of her!!
