withdrawal. Is that wrong? I can't stand to watch another minute of it. On with the business of indictments!

Edited for spelling.

1. You have it right! On with the indictments.
Am somewhat concerned about what stunt BUSHCO will pull next in the vain atempt to keep Fiztmas off page one.

Rove just lost a BIG round in his pissing contest with Cheney with the Miers withdrawl. He had better be singing his little heart out to Fritz's stenographers, if he didn't last night. Time to show Cheney the door... to his cell.

2. Yeah, I was wondering how long this qualifies as "Breaking News"
on all the networks' crawlers. Enough already. She is history, move on.

It is like every story on CNN and MSNBC - its not just a story it is a mission for these guys to beat it to death no matter the subject. 24/7 hurricane watch that is a storm that will take five days to hit yet we get minute by minute updates. White girl goes missing? That is all you see for the next month. These guys evidently can't multi-task.

3. She's now a footnote in the history books. An addendum to a
textbook on SCOTUS history.

6. Hopefully she is more than that

Hopefully "Harriet Miers" becomes a byword for cronyism and ineptitude.

I don't want her name to fade away and become a distant memory. I want her and BushCo to become a laughingstock, I want to tar them with this brush until the sheeple FINALLY START TO WAKE UP.

8. Yeah, you have a point.
...but I fear the opposite will happen.

The sheeps will now gloat about recognizing the cronyism and getting rid of it. Of course we know that's not the real reason they rejected Miers.

However, I feel this is not the way it will play out. I hope your scenario prevails though.

4. No
They are using this to take the focus off of the real news. INDICTMENTS!

Too bad it's not going to work.

Hopefully St. Fitz is preparing his sleigh and is on the way.

9. Oh, are there going to be indictments today??
No, well then I'm going to enjoy the Miers debacle for a little while longer. Clearly this was nipped in the bud before Plamegate indictments so it would die a quick death. I don't think you need to worry about this much after today - relax :D

10. Just wait till tomorrow. Then the top story will change.
And it will be all indictments, all the time...unless BushCo comes up with another fake terror alert, and I doubt the MSM will be very distracted by that.

They really can't report any more on the CIA leak story until they have more facts. There's already been tons of speculation.
