How to frame the next Supreme Court nomination
I hope that it will not be Janice Rogers Brown or Pricilla Owen or any of these wack-jobs, but I think to avoid a fight with his own party he will have to either pick Alberto Gonzalez or one of these crazies like JRB. If it is JRB, please, I’m begging you all, don’t build your argument around abortion. JRB’s opinions are disturbing and indefensible if they are made known. For instance, she believes minimum wage is unconstitutional. She doesn’t believe in public schools. She believes the government has no right to levy taxes. In short she believes in almost no government and she believes in completely unregulated capitalist. She seems to have no ability to distinguish between FDR and Stalin. She believes that larger government enslaves people (and by extension government by corporations is freedom). Let’s be serious for a second. No one that doesn’t live in a cabin in Montana with a vast arsenal to ward of the “black helicopters” believes this garbage and we should want her to sit on the Supreme Court????? If people know all these facts (and I’m sure this is just the tip of the iceberg) she will be laughed out of the Senate. Don’t play into their hands. Don’t let he be the “pro-life” choice. Make her out to be the monster she is.

2. Excellent, excellent advice on JRB.
"Make her out to be the monster she is."

I couldn't agree more, and we've got to stop being the One-Trick-Pony-Party when it comes to SCOTUS and abortion.

4. Picking Gonzales would provoke a fight within the Republican Party.

5. I don't think they would be over-joyed
but they would support it and he would cruise through confirmation.
