Check out hate radio today - it's a hoot!
Laura Ingraham is reading a "laundry list" of things that a new SC judge must have, and is telling all her listeners "not to gloat' over the fact that Miers has been pulled. She is literally telling Chimpy that the next one better damn well overturn Roe v Wade -oops, my mistake - no, it's not about that, sez Laura, it's about "returning the decision to the states" (code word alert!, code word alert!) - and her callers are just besides themselves. If George Bush is a true conservative he'll appoint someone who values true conservative ideals, and doesn't (gasp!) speak of Barbara Streisand (yep, ol' Babs made the show) and Ruth Bader Ginsburg with respect. If he "stands up" for true conservative ideas, sez Ms. I, he'll win "every battle."

I am begging ALL hate radio to go this route. Back the fool into a corner! Make him nominate someone who makes Bork look like Norman Lear!

BTW, the far right HATES Gonzales, and Laura is getting damp over someone named Michael Ludick (sp?). Anyone know anything about him?

Here we go - this is gonna be fun.

1. I found this on google re Ludick
http://msnbc.msn.com/id/6414947/

It's a discussion led by Pat Buchanan after the election last year on possible SC appointments. Scroll down about 1/4 of the page. Some said then that Ludick could cause a fire storm on the right.

4. I'll Trust Your Judgment
I won't listen to that crap. But, i don't have to. I have brave souls such as you to tell me what's going on.

Thanks for saving my ears and keeping my blood pressure down.

5. I was listening to XM in the car
During a commercial break on Franken, I moved the dial one over, which is The Laura Ingraham Show.

The logic (or lack thereof) was fascinating. I actually listened for 10(!) minutes.

After that, I became light headed and stopped for food. :)
