This is illegality involving the election of the current president of the US in the swing state of that year.

Report: Noe Indicted By Federal Grand Jury

TOLEDO, Ohio -- A federal grand jury has indicted a prominent Ohio GOP contributor in an investigation into contributions to President George W. Bush's re-election campaign, a defense attorney said Thursday.

The Toledo Blade reported that Tom Noe, a former Toledo-area coin dealer, is suspected of laundering money into Bush’s re-election campaign.

10. Let's have another Presidential election in 2006....
The constitution says we must have an election every 4 years for the President/viceP. There is nothing that says we can't have an extra one. This would be the fairest way to settle this mess. In addition (or instead of) demanding impeachment, demand new elections!
