My son is considering entering the natl. oratorical contest
and the topic is an aspect of the constitution. One of the choices he can orate over is Article 2, Section 4, the impeachment article. Is there a database for all of the high crimes and misdemeanors this administration has committed? I know that he committed perjury by telling the US Congress in his State of the Union speech that Iraq was looking for uraniam in Niger, and my son said he sent Powell out to lie to the UN security council, but we are not sure how this falls into lying and impeachment.

Does anyone have a good source?? Thanks in advance.

3. Take Care
I had a dear friend who won on the state level a long time ago. As I recall he had a topic that he could prepare (I am assuming this is the impeachment) and an assigned topic given at the time.
Do remember that the sponsors are the American Legion.

I don't have any sources to offer, if I have time I will check. Good Luck!
