7. That's a good thought. I know too little about the mechanics of
these things, but if this is an option, it does make me smile!

8. Under Federal Guidelines there can only be one extension, which
has been used.

Indictments are coming tomorrow.

Then Fitz has already asked for a second Grand Jury.

Then onward we go!

11. Thanks for clearing that up, Goodboy!
I guess I was trying to ask if anyone thinks he will need more time to continue his investigation. Extension was the wrong word. :)

17. Indictments tomorrow and a new GJ.
I heard earlier on AC 360 or KO that the GJ has been extended once, and that is the limit. It can't be extended, but he can convene a new GJ to continue looking into this.

18. Of course, we have to keep in mind that "other"...
...might mean "investigation ends with no indictments." :-(

(Not that I think it likely, but we have to keep in mind that it is a possibility.)

20. I was under the impression that there CAN'T be a 2nd extension.
Via Olbermann and Buchanan. But I'm hoping for 'other' - I want this to go beyond the leak and get to the big problem - that it was all to sell a war.
