international expert on torture to speak at Univ of Tulsa 11/2 at 7:30pm

he'll be speaking in the faculty study on the 2nd floor of the library

the event is sponsored by the political science department and was advertised on the TU radio station affiliated with NPR

there are ca 80 seats in the room
