Rove should resign his post at the WH. We can't have a person so high up the food chain in this administration under suspicion. How can * justify not firing him or not accepting his resignation?

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but you need to be able to defend it, and back it up. Your not doing that, you're just whining. This isn't over yet, and you're ready to hand in the chips.
