GOP - Don't you DARE talk to us about criminalization....
How about how the right wing has criminalized and DEMONIZED the:

The Poor - hundreds of laws passed unfairly punishing one group. Recent laws that are give-aways to credit card companies. Further punishing the poor and even middle class.

The vast majority of of the 2 million people in prison are poor and minority. A direct result of the degradation of services, education and job opportunity at the hands of GOP lawmakers.

Pot Smokers - Used to be less than a traffic ticket...now you get tossed in prison.

Blacks and Muslim - Racial profiling, racism and hate.

Progressives - Have been hounded by the right wing for a decade by the likes of Rush, rightwing radio, and talking point ditto heads. Excellent ideas tabled and tossed out in favor of regressive pandering to fundies and big money.

Gay people - denying civil rights with "legal" amendments out of fear and hate.

The American People - The Patriot Act, torture policies, Iraq Invasion....criminalizes all of us!!

DON'T EVEN TRY TO WHINE ABOUT criminalizing conservative politics when it is full of hateful racist criminals!!!

We are sick of your attack mentality hidden behind a convenient use of the "Rule of Law". Where is your fucking RULE OF LAW NOW!!!

Oh you seem to of forgot that....

Hey GOP, your hand is stuck in the cookie jar you criminal bastards...

3. Anti-war activism being criminalized
Police violated our civil rights by spying undercover on meetings. Activists were arrested and held without charges at the RNC in NYC 2004. Protestors reinacting Abu Ghraib scenes for bush campaign visits were arrested on bogus charges. Police forced antibush demonstrators to leave the area during appearances, an obvious civil rights violations. The Secret Service colluded with local police to slander activist organizations and intimidate citizens.

4. No Kidding -- If "Conservative Politics" Is What Delay's Been Doing...
then we sure as hell ARE criminalizing conservative politics. What a self-damning statement by Delay. It shows just how depraved the man is.

The GOP modus operandi has been all along to criminalize and punish using the "rule of law".

This talking point of criminalization or politics needs to be shoved right back in their face and totally shutdown.
