Rockefeller demands WH give up materials re: Libby intel distortions
Rockefeller's statement:

"In February 2003 the White House provided input to the CIA during the preparation of Secretary Powell's United Nations speech. During the Senate Intelligence Committee investigation into prewar intelligence on Iraq, I believed it was important for the committee to obtain and review the White House drafts.

"On October 31, 2003, I wrote to CIA Director George Tenet requesting this and other White House documents. I repeated that request in writing on two subsequent occasions.

"Despite these and other efforts, the Committee never received the White House documents.

"The fact is that throughout the Iraq investigation any line of questioning that brought us too close to the White House was thwarted.

"For several years, I've called on the Committee and the Congress to get to the bottom of whether this administration misused intelligence in making the case for going to war.

"That question is no less relevant today than it was then."

.for BushInc, and even planted talking points against Wilson in an addendum to the first report.

He then refused Kerry's demand for further inquiry on the DSM that was also signed by 9 other Senators.

Sen, Pat Roberts has to come clean about his deals to protect the WH, and I hope Fitzgerald puts him under oath.

3. Time to call Rockie's ofc again w/encouragement
He's so reserved, I imagine it helps him *sigh*

He's stayed on them, attempting unprecedented ways to advance his questions and move the promised "phase 2" investigation forward, but Roberts has that cmte hogtied.

5. People forget that was what Kerry's DSM letter of inquiry was attached to
The entire intel investigation....the 10 senators who signed onto the letter wanted DSM included and urged the committee to GET BACK TO WORK and FINISH THE JOB.

4. If the administration continues to conceal intelligence,...
,...what are the possible outcomes? I mean, we already know the administration has concealed and, most likely, will continue to conceal. When when accountability unfold and how?
