VA SPEECH. HE'S BEING HECKLED!
Edit: Since this is part of the GOP's distraction plan for the day, to distract from indictments, please, mods, let us discuss it here.

I couldn't understand what was said. it was two sentences at least. Bush kept talking and the crowd started booing. Bush kept talking and then the crowd started applauding during the middle of Bush speaking. I think that they were applauding the heckler's removal.
It made my morning! :)

He froze when the nation was under attack, and did nothing. With an hour's warning he and his Cronies could not even muster a pea shooter to defend the Pentagon and Washington.
Pathetic.

11. Someone was shouting something...words, not yahoo's |
|
and hoorays... then clapping and cheers (Ugh...puke) got louder... I think it was to drown it out and get the possible hecklers out. It seemed negative, his (Bush's) reaction was weird, his face got red and then he continued when the cheering got loud... the cheering was in his mid sentence... really weird.

and he stood there startled, and then the boos started. Then, the boos evolved to cheers.
No doubt it was a heckler.

Ow, ow ow, that's funny!
BTW, the heckling is GREAT when it happens. Even after they drag the person out, it psychs bush out. He's easily shaken when giving a speech, since he can rarely do a good job even under the BEST of conditions.

I rewound several times and I could not make out what the soldier (I am assuming) was saying.
We should try to get the press to look into who this was, because I have a sinking feeling that if this is a soldier, they will either be found in the brig or reassigned to Iraq. I want to hear this person's story, I want to know if they have served in Iraq.

So whoever said that it's a very Red town didn't check their facts. I use to live there and I'm part of military family who is VERY democratic.
I hate the blanket statement that military is pro-republican
Like saying that Louisiana is pro Bush, there are parts that would say otherwise

My husband is Navy.. I guess that happens when you get a party that drapes the military around themselves to look good.
People feel like if they don't support the war and the president then they are not supporting the troops.
Considering this administration more then any other uses the military as canvas for their war policy, it's disgusting.
But think of it this way.. only 20 percent in 2004 were fooled by that line of bullshit.
Ask them today, I bet you Va beach is blue by 20 percent. Only place Asshat has a good rating in Utah
