3. He said that they got Capone on tax evasion not murder
and it doesn't really matter what the crime was for Capone. They got him all the same.

7. Something About Not Being Able To Get Capone On Racketeering, So
they got him on tax evasion. Implied that Fitz's plan is to get bu$hCo. on "lesser" charges to get them in a corner, and get them on higher charges.
Sort of like how Capone got nailed. They made a comparison. Sorry, I'm not a lawyer, and I didn't get the name of which member of the BFEE, but I did hear Capone's name mentioned and compared to someone (or some people) in the BFEE. Sorry, best I can do for now. Did anyone else hear this?
