Fitzgerald's media advisory states that "Release of public information and press conference" will be at 2pm EDT.

See

Yet many here seem to believe that documents will be released earlier. What is the basis for that belief?

P.S. I'm stuck in a cube, so I don't presently have access to TV.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The special prosecutor in the CIA leak case is expected to seek an indictment Friday of Lewis Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, according to news reports. The prosecutor, Patrick Fitzgerald, isn't expected to seek an indictment of top White House aide Karl Rove, but he will remain under investigation, NBC News reported. Fitzgerald is expected to release paperwork related to the case at noon ET, followed by a news conference at 2 p.m. ET.

5. MSNBC said it first thing this morning.
I think they will release the indictments as soon as they have them. I think the GJ is in front of the judge NOW.

6. Thanks for responses.
I'm thinking that media is confused here. If the GJ was meeting Fitz at noon to report on bill, how in the heck could the indictments be ready to release at that time.
