to his sentence. I am sick and tired of seeing LAWYERS blatantly breaking the law.. They of all people, should certainly know what is legal and what is not.. When a lawyer commits a crime..especially of the magnitude as this, they should throw the book at him..

For Petes's sake. he was Marc Rich's lawyer, and look at all the grief they gave Clinton over the pardon...Scooter undoubtedly broke lawyer-client confidentiality and fed "juicy details" to the *² crowd to beat Clinton up with..

Seriously, though, him being a lawyer DOES mean he knows the law better than most. It also means he knew how to legally isolate and innoculate Cheney and the rest from the charges. That's probably why he's the only one indicted, so far.
