Is Rove Singing? (fat boy sings)
To me, this comes down to the fact that Rove is still "under investigation". The talk was he was going to be indicted, until the last minute. Did he have some interesting information to bargin with? Is he going to rat out Cheney or others to save himself?

This may be far from over.

4. Cheney, for one
No one really believes that Libby did this all on his own.

Why was he lying for Cheney?

5. This is so not over.
To put in a legal document that the Vice president gave the highly classified information to Libby and not a reporter is establishing Cheney at the scene. NAll the other rats now have to say what he did while he was there... Just beautiful! They are dealing because they have to and Fitzgerald is deciding whether what they have to trade is worth anything.

7. The legal professor guy said (forget his name)
That a prosecutor will often lay out an indictment or two just to shake the tree and see what falls. I think Rove was the first apple to fall. He also said he doesn't get why anyone is thinking that Cheney is out of trouble, he thinks just the opposite.

6. The grape yieldeth not, except to the foot. . .
and Karl Rove still has plenty of juice left in him for Fitzgerald's foot to press.
