Look at what he was indicted on: perjury, obstruction of justice, and making false statements.

What do all three charges have in common?

THEY INDICATE A COVER-UP.

Note that Fitz has not ended the investigation. Libby's obfuscating it simply meant that it would take longer for Fitz to find the evidence.

As long as the investgation continues, the administration is not off the hook.

7. Investigation to continue

Fitzgerald's spokesman, Randall Samborn, said the investigation will continue but with a new grand jury. The term of the current grand jury cannot be extended beyond today.
