My next hope is a EXPANDED investigation. Because Libby is small potatoes in this mega scheme of corruption & lies -

Bush
Rumsfeld
Rice
Bolton

No obscure aide (to most of the country) taking the blame for a grand conspiracy at the White House & the ultimate treason. I hope Fitzgerald takes this ALL the way, & we have Bush, Cheney & the rest having to resign.

2. Also, the indictment itself names...

a "senior white house official" called "official A"...and the indictment references the espionage act, although Libby was not indicted for that crime....there is a LOT more to come. IMHO, Libby has cut a deal for less jail time in exchange for testimony nailing all the others.

4. I'm hoping today is

the equivalent of the burglars being arrested for breaking into the Watergate,the tip of the iceberg.I'm almost afraid to think it and then be let down.I've held off even speculating about this until now.Call me superstitious.I was in 10th grade during watergate,I would love to see a corrupt right wing government get theirs while I'm an adult and can appreciate it. ;-).
