If he resigns or is impeached and convicted or if he becomes disabled as a result of some pretzel incident he won't be in a position to pardon anyone. OTOH if he somehow manages to serve out his term he will pardon not only Libby but all the rest of the creeps that wind up impicated in this mess. Right now I'd say the odds are about 50-50.
