Fitz just said that if anyone in the Grand Jury leaked information, |
|
they'd go to jail. So why wasn't Ken Starr charged with leaking information?

1. Because the reporters didn't rat their sources out, I would think |

2. He's talking about the leaking of information WHILE the Grand Jury |
|
is in process. A reporter asked him what he thought about the selective trial leaks that were coming out from people close to the witnesses. Fitzgerald said that no one on the Grand Jury, nor on his staff is allowed to leak what they hear evidence in the GJ without going to jail; but the witness can walk out and give a press conference if he wanted to.
