so who was he protecting? That's the question that needs to be asked and answered. I am really saddened that Rove was not indicted also. You know damn well he was part of conspiracy at the very highest levels of government to smear the Plame and Wilson. But I really think that Scooter was lying to protect Cheney. He is taking the rap and if I know anything about this administration and the very long and wiley tentacles of the neocons running the show, the judge is already in their pocket.
