Notice Bush wasn't reading Billy the Goat today!!! He surrounded
himself with Military men and Secret service this man was scared of the Police coming to get him!!!

Now the Military asks themselves when the Police come and get Bush or Cheney what are they going to do???

2. Terrorist attacks? Hurricanes? Don't bother him with those.
But indict someone in "his" White House? NOW he pays attention. Accepted Scooters resignation within minutes, spoke comments to the press and flew off to a weekend at Camp David within a couple hours.

He snoozes regarding national security, but is 100% on the ball regarding CYA.
