THREE SEALED INDICTMENTS NOT REPORTED
BY MASS MEDIA FOR
NATIONAL SECURITY REASONS

Cloak News Toronto - Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald under National Security guidelines sealed three Grand Jury Indictments today. Cloak News which has been on the forefront releasing first news of the Grand Juries work from insiders, has learned that VICE-PRESIDENT CHENEY and White House NSC Advisor STEVE HADLEY have been indicted of high crimes against the U.S . Constitution. If convicted both men could be subject to capital punishment! Stay with Cloak News and www.cloakanddagger.de and stay ahead of the Mass Media parade. More to come tonight in the Member´s Archives if we are not shut down by the Bush White House police.

*****************************************

ANYONE CAN CONFIRM THIS BY CALLING THE PROSECUTORS OFFICE ANDASK IF 3 OTHER SEALED INDICTMENTS HAVE BEEN ISSUED.

2. I don't think that's a very good idea
They're called "sealed" for a reason.

If, in fact, they exist.

4. You can call but I doubt you'll find out anything.
If you listened to Fitz today, you already know he is only speaking about what is in the "four corners of the indictment".

There''s obviously a reason indictments would be filed as sealed. If you need to call somebody, call the court. I still don't know if they'll tell you anything, but it's a better shot than the SP's office.

5. A reporter asked Fitz about that during the press conference.
Fitz hesitated, looked around and off to his right (where some of his people were apparently off camera) and said something along the lines of "I'm getting head shakes, that, uh, I can't say anything about that."

One of the few places he seemed caught a bit off guard. My guess at the time was that yes, there WERE other requested indictments that the GJ did not advance.

However, innocent until proven guilty. And in the case of Fitzs GJ, un-named until indicted. Frustrating for me, but got to admire his integrity.

That may be telling
As I'd guess, if the question was completely off base, he would have said "No".

15. Sealed Indictment
An indictment can be sealed so that it stays non-public until it is unsealed. This can be done for a number of reasons. It may be unsealed, for example, once the named person is arrested.
