Fitzgerald gave a lesson on how much Ken Starr broke the law. |

Remember all the despicable leaks during the Ken Starr investigation?
I think the public just got a civics lesson on just how wrong Starr was in smearing people with leaks.
That part was indeed a breath of fresh air.

Starr was an Independent Prosecutor under the Independent Prosecutor law which is no longer in effect.
Fitzgerald is a Special Counsel covered under existing Justice Department statutes.
