CNN and the average person on the street - WE NEED TO EDUCATE |
|
Two people are, "we need to focus on more important stuff, like the iraq war/soldiers dying"
Nobody not looking deeply to find out what is going has a clue, that this is what lead to an illegal war. This is why they are dying. It makes me sad.

what the slogan was for my law firm?
We had a big banner hanging where no one else could see it - in our lawyers' lounge.
It said: "Stupidity's been very, very good to us."
You will never go wrong going very long on the stupidity of the average American.

2. If someone says something like that to me, I simply ask them... |
|
"And what, pray tell, have YOU done to help win the War on Terror, stablize Iraq, and save soldiers' lives with all the focussing you've done?
Besides putting that stupid magnet on your car, asshole."

3. Watch the media obsfucate this whole thing as per some of the |
|
punditry that's been on the air today...
Starting with Joe DiGenova, who probably will be permanently on the air at FAUX; Andrea Mitchell, who thinks it's almost all over; the others who can't figure out what the charges are and and are still talking about how Plame wasn't covert; etc. etc.
Add the screeching of Tucker, Tweety, etc. etc. and it will be one big mess.
We have to hope that the 3 networks can at least deliver some straight, clear news on this for even a little bit, so that the average person chomping on fries at dinner time sees something they can understand.
And this has to happen before the next tornado or snow storm arrives...or Syria/Iran are revved up for purposes of hysteria...in an ironic echo of what was done with Iraq.

Was that they were questioning the war. I could be wrong, but that was my feeling. So there were two who found it important, and two (one of which was a young black man) who said we need to be looking at the war. My thought was that those two, don't understand how big this is.

6. I heard that, too. People let it in as they can. This will be a reality bo |

bomb. This will finally put the corruption on the national tv and the national mind.
That's the victory. That's what's not happened. Even this press won't stop this, now.
Today, someone I don't know was looking over my shoulder at CNN.com and asked what was going on.
Now, she knows. It took about 4 minutes. That's happening all over the country tonight, and it's not stopping any year soon.
This will bury the GOP. We're getting our country back in 06.
