The simple way to indict a sitting president
Keep the thing sealed until he/she is no longer president, then unseal.

1. Technically only way to indict is after he is out of office from what I've
read. Has to be impeached. Have to clean the house in 2006 to do it.

he's not indicted until he's out of office.

That the Intelligence Identities Protection Act of 1982, is the only act under which a sitting President can be indicted for murder. Any truth to that?

6. I didn't realize that indictments "stayed fresh" for that long....
I wonder what the shelf life of an indictment is? Anyone know? Do they ever expire?
