" the thoughtful liberal act" and the Plame Case
Edited on Sat Oct-29-05 08:31 PM by montana500
First of all, let me say this:

If you want to write lengthy blog entries about how Fitzgerald was disapointing, and you have forty distinct reasons why, you should..... *shut the fuck up*.
Instead of being a dumbass and playing the "thoughtful liberal act" (which loses elections by the way) how about using your time and energy to hop on board and use the Libby indictment as a wedge for further political damage?

I get so tired of folks stepping right into the thoughtful liberal act and derailing momentum of what should be an effective meme when you work as a team.

Rant over.

1. Amen! Pass this on...
If Bush** has any dignity at all, he'll resign now and spare the nation the shame.

2. Dems got the support of millions of americans who saw Katrina and
said "that is amateur hour - that is cold - I'm an adult and that is not how we treat our people".

Why all of a sudden when people in the U.S. are finally waking up to the adolescence & irresponsibility & lack of empathy in the WH, why would we suddenly morph into children and play games.

This is reality.

4. Because we started getting America on our side last year
with how badly Iraq and the economy were going, then the DNC and Kerry decide to play nice. We had it wrapped up a month before the election, but just let it dwindle away. The Katrina effect will NOT last forever, the Other Side WILL somehow either turn it into a positive for them, or make everyone forget with some new bullshit.

5. Katrina is not an effect. It is a wake -up "you cannot have your cake
& eat it too" moment for Americans. Rove WH has been telling americans they could keep all their taxes and go start wars in places and do whatever their knee jerk president and his utopian neocons wanted and it would matter.

It does matter. People who understand they have been fooled - do not fall for the "here - its free" line again. Especially coming from the same WH.

No reason why we need to "pattern" after assholes in the WH & in the political arm of the GOP. They have nothing to teach us - if we are fully human.
