The one act by Bush that makes this investigation and more indictments |
|
so important to me is the callous way in which the President joked about looking for WMDs under his table. That one act spoke volumes about this turd who occupies the Presidency. I will never forget the chill that came over me when he did that. The sorry S.O.B.

The whole issue was a big joke, and that proved they never existed, and that using them as an excuse was unfounded. Damn it was SO obvious!!!

6. It was a Lame attempt to diffuse the absence of WMD..he thinks all he has |
|
to do is make a joke out of it....and all will be fine....
Not so with parents of GIs over there...and worse, Gold Star Parents...
I can only imagine some, if not most, of them saying WTF????
How revealing of his insensitivity and callousness...his disregard of our peeps in harms way....
All Officers and Cadets of our fine Military musta cringed when he did that.... Many of their asses on the line....In the Acadamies, they teach LEADERSHIP...from the ground up....what Bush did is not taught...if anything, that kind of behavior is to be avoided.
The man is HIMSELF a joke......

10. Absolutely right,he cares not one bit about the deaths and the |
|
destruction his war has created, after all, none of his base is suffering,as a matter of fact, they are most likely making a bundle off the war while the poor and middle class kids die,are maimed and crippled. Not to mention the number of innocent Iraqis who we have killed and a country that has been shattered.
For me, the mocking of Karla Faye who asked for clemency from him when he was governor but was executed was a strong insight into the mind of this psychopath.
In cold blood sounds like a book title that could have been written for him.
The bowels of hell await him and the blood on his hands will never wash away.

the 2004 campaign? Why, they could simply use any clip in which The Chimp tries to speak and prove he's an idiot.

21. I have to agree with you. I heard Kerry on the radio the other day |
|
and when the interviewer brought this up, he did say he voted on faulty information (just didn't want to look "unAmerican" to the red states) and it was a mistake he has to acknowlege and live with. Still didn't sound very sincere to me.

19. The Dems were so afraid of "offending" |
|
anyone who might have been on the fence that they didn't even criticize the bastard by name at the convention in Boston. What a load of bullshit that was.
If they had been smart, they would have pieced together a devastating 10 - 15 minute film of the cretin pulling stunts like the "no WMDs" skit, his deer-in-the-headlights reaction on 9/11, his "have and have mores" and "now watch this drive" comments that Michael Moore used so effectively in Fahrenheit 9/11, and any of about 100 other verbal gaffes. There's a wealth of material to choose from. The film should have played in prime time at the convention and snippets used in campaign commercials throughout the fall.
The Dems should have introduced the American people to the Bush they didn't know and wouldn't have liked. The only way to deal with these bullies is to stand up to them and shove it back in their faces.

to handle, deal or even understand the truth.
After years of party loyalty they have finally and successfully delivered my vote to a Green candidate without any questions.
As long as we have a one party system, we might as well support a party that supports us and one that we believe can and will support our ideals.
I say this as a challenge to the Democratic party leaders to really champion their rank and file and all people beyond.
I am obviously a disillustioned voter.

20. I Have Brought Up This Incident... |
|
...many times here as the single most callous act I have seen this president do. I have never in my life witnessed such an insensitive incident. Words completely escape me when I search to describe my feelings about this. It is simply unbelievable.
I feel that now is the time to remind people of what he said and did at this event. Play it over and over again to everyone you can find.

28. Yes, me too. I really think it's time that little clip got some more |
|
repeated air time. Lots of people didn't get to see it the first time around, and it might just give chills to many more Americans in context of what else is coming to light now.
That clip convinced me, more than anything else, that His Fraudulency has NO moral center whatsoever. He is a shameful, little man who must be removed from office with all the disgrace he deserves. I'm still optimistic that it is going to happen.

laughing uproariously at something so insensitive, tacky and tasteless is just as horrendous. He should have been met with stunned silence, and then with boos cascading throughout the room. But none of them have the guts to do that. They don't want thrown out of their positions.

34. And only Jon Stewart will replay those clips as they deserve to be |
|
Jon Stewart may call his Daily Show a "fake news show" but his way of juxtaposing news clips (so the viewer can see the flip-flops, hypocrisy, and outright lies) is nothing short of superb. If only the allegedly "real news shows" would do the same the country would be so much better informed.
