They are convinced that they are so far above laws, history, and even science, they can't even be bothered to pretend they are doing the people's work. Environmental regulations cutting into profits, no problem, just pass the Clear Skies law and you don't have to do anything you don't feel like. Upset with the way some of the folks in the ME are acting, well, just set them up for a war and take it away from them. Anyone that feels compelled to belittle the 'reality based' world can't be trusted to boil an egg much less run the country. Even in Narnia there are consequences for your actions.

These are petulant, spoiled rich people and their enablers (if you're nice you can come swim in my pool) using the world for their little 'experiments'. People are poor because they want to be, so just cut them off and watch them get going. I'm not counting on Social security to maintain my retirement lifestyle, so everyone should just invest that money so we'll all be 'owners'.

It is too much to hope that a plague will be visited on them and their offspring, but we all know karma is a bitch and their finale will not be a pretty sight.

They are a very scary bunch of sociopaths.

I wondered for a while how so many of them managed to gather in one government - but once I'd read how far back many of their relationships go, I understood that part of it.

They may have to live through many more incarnations for karma to deal with them thoroughly.
