A question that begs to be asked
Is there ANY way to determine how many NOC's were killed because of the outing of Valerie Plame and Brewster Jennings?
For obvious reasons our country can't-or won't-release that type of intelligence to the country, but does Fitzgerald know that info?

Were for agents that were lost due to the leaking of her identity.

4. I'm sure that was part of the secret
information given to the judges that made them rule reporters had to testify.
The blacked out papers of the judge's decision (that sent Judy to jail since she wouldn't testify) was about the secret information that made the offense being investigated so serious that reporters did have to testify.
The judge was one very strong on reporters rights not to reveal sources...so it must have been serious to bring his decision.

5. That might actually be besides the point

First, just blowing cover achieves the same result - assets are eliminated. Let's say she was in Russia and had 200 contacts there. Those people are all in jeopardy - not only their lives but their families' lives - whether they were US agents or not.

Second, a capable, attractive blond case officer was exposed. How many of those do you think there are in CP?

Third, it's CP of all places. Why not just set off the nuked or release the virus in 30 cities in America and get it over with? Idiots.

Fourth, it's disgusting. Even if you hate the CIA outing an NOC is unconscionable. These people risk life and limb and most really don't get that much in return.

Sorry, this has turned into a rant.

I think Fitz would know and this ionformation may have been redacted from one of his motion papers.
