Plame Indictment Puts Truth on Trial
"The indictment clearly states that Vice President Cheney, Lewis Libby and Karl Rove were the officials responsible for the leak of Valerie Plame’s identity. Yet, for the last 2 years these key officials in the Bush Administration operated glibly while knowing full well they were the wanted subjects who George Bush instructed to “cooperate fully with the investigators”.

"If one would pretend to believe George Bush wasn’t aware of the culpability of his key advisors, then the alternative is worse; they had such little regard for this President that they lied and connived right under his nose. Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald said, “…whether national security was compromised by inadvertence, by recklessness, by maliciousness is extremely important. We need to know the truth.” Grand Jury witnesses can speak freely. Cheney, Libby and Rove can tell the truth to the American people any time they choose; or any time this President demands they tell the truth or be fired."

1. Funny how I woke up this morning thinking exactly the same.
Glad to read I'm not the only one!

Nominated. (Thanks for this one) :)

2. Bush Knew
And went around the country telling everybody he didn't know, that we may never know, while his VP and two key advisors were the leakers. Bush Knew. That is huge and I don't think anybody is getting it. Apology my ass, people need to be fired. HE needs to be impeached for impeding this investigation himself.

3. Yep. This "anytime they choose" or "any time ... demands"
"Cheney, Libby and Rove can tell the truth to the American people any time they choose; or any time this President demands they tell the truth"

This "anytime they choose" or "any time ... demands" should have been 2 years ago... and if not two years ago, then first thing in the morning as early as tomorrow morning, at 9:00 AM EST...

That's what doing his job is all about... since he said last week he was going to do his job... unless it was just another LIE.
