God, I hope so, because Americans really needed to see that Plame segment.

It summed it up perfectly, it wasn't remotely political or partisan, and it ought to serve as a real eye-opener to those who don't yet understand what the Plame Affair is all about.

Kudos to CBS and 60 Minutes for that excellent report. I got chills.

As I was watching that, I noticed something........

I always try to pay attention to patterns of behavior because that can lead to other kinds of (almost) unconscious behavior. In this situation it is a pattern of behavior by the administtration and the pattern is betrayal. The govt betrayed Valerie by (so easily) giving up her identity when they should have been taking steps to keep it a secret, as Valerie had done her entire life.

After Katrina, I noticed a lot of people in New Orleans also felt that their govt had betrayed them by not helping them.

And the fact that the betrayal is coming from our govt, who claims to protect us, makes the betrayal that much worse!!

I don't know if this will mean anything in the larger picture but my guess is..........there will be more betrayals sometime in the future.
