Was it Rove or Libby? If they both leaked at the same time, I'd say that's awfully suspicious and grounds for conspiracy investigation.

2. I'd like to know who leaked it from the CIA . |
|
I understand the VP and his asst. had clearance to know, but we all recognize that somebody inside the CIA had to be the first source. These people in the WH can't know everyone who works for the CIA.
Wouldn't you think, when that info was released, they were also cautioned that she was a NOC and couldn't be exposed?
I don't think it matters who was first. The person first told by the CIA about Val is the most important because he would have been told about her status. If he/she forwarded that info to anyone, he was obliged to relate her status too. If he failed to do that, HE'S the one responsible for the outing!

3. Don't forget there is still an unknown leaker |
|
both Miller and Novak were contacted by two officials. With Miller it was Scooter and ?, with Novak it was Rove and ?. There is a leaker yet to be 'uncovered' and he/she is the one Miller just can't 'remember'.
