Don't Let Him Change The Subject.
Edited on Mon Oct-31-05 10:00 AM by CrackpotAmerica
There is a reason why I knew of the new nomination @ 6:50 this morning. Further, there is a reason why the President announced it publicly @ 7:20 am this morning:

Briefly, it is to kick of Monday by changing the subject.

Please do your best to alert the various media outlets that you are, in fact, not distracted. Rather, you are focused on the criminal actions of the White House.

Although you should devote some energy and attention to the SCOTUS nomination, please remember that there is a more critical issue at hand. We have a good chunk of time to deal with that in the near future.

The methods used to distract us are trivial at best, and we are not falling for it. That is all they have left to defend themselves, which is not much at all!

Thx!

AGG

1. You realize that the Plame matter IS NOT GOING AWAY. It'll be there
tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. And it'll heat up plenty.

4. So you think he'll NEVER nominate anyone for the SC?
When do you think would be a good time? Were you around and aware for Watergate? Sometimes it was at the top of the news, sometimes it wasn't. It took a long time to unravel, and this will, too.

5. Absolutely! The word of the day is criminal conspiracy!!!
The investigation is NOT over and Rove is NOT out of 'legal jeopardy'. We need to be shouting from the rooftops that Rove's "cooperation" is plea bargaining to escape indictment! He's guilty, just selling out others to keep from being charged.

One more thing is that Libby's resignation was accepted...If Bush and Cheney were truly on the up and up, his ass would have been FIRED 30 seconds after the announcement of his indictments! Accepting a resignation is not the supposedly tough leader Bush campaigned on, IMO.
