2. Each charge against him (five I believe) have penalties of 5-10 years.
5x5= fifty years.

... for the five felonies in the indictment is 30 years according to Fitzgerald in the press conference. Read through the transcript or view the video.

As far as I know, the obstruction of justice charge would carry a maximum of 10 years and the other four charges carry a maximum of 5 years. That would be 30 years if served consecutively rather than concurrently.

ABC News says: "If convicted, he could face a maximum of 30 years in prison and $1.25 million in fines."
