How long before Fitzgerald's new grand jury is empowered?
Am I correct in assuming there won't be any more indictments (if any) until they are actually seated?

1. He may not need a new one. He can use any available already empowered GJ
from what I understand anyway

2. He will not empanel a new GJ
he will use any one that is already sitting; there are many GJ's going on at any one time, he will just use one that is already empaneled - if he uses it at all

3. The word is empanelled...
and he said he didn't need a new one, he could just go to any sitting grand jury in DC.

5. This is a complicated case. I wish the previous jury was still on this.
Won't it be a daunting task to have to outline all this intricate stuff for a whole different group of people who weren't there from the beginning?

I'm not too knowledgeable about how this GJ stuff works, so I hope my concerns are baseless.

6. Steve Gilliard thinks that the facts are now so clear...
and Fitz so confident, that even a new gj can bring an indictment.
