1. Because Bush WANTED him to leak. He was doing what Bush agreed to.

Anyone who thinks Bush was out of the loop on this doesn't know Bush.

While we are at it, why is he not under indictment? I hope that Fitz will use a new grand jury to rectify this situation ASAP.

7. No way B*sh or anyone else will

pull K*rl's security clearance, as he could not do his job (theoretically) without being able to know the darkest secrets. I wonder if he actually ever was investigated for a security clearance. I know that low level people are investigated--like the regular foreign service people have a trail of people asking references if they know of drug use, etc. But at K's level--maybe the Prez. just gets to decide--anyone know for sure?
