3. chavez doesn't seem afraid. he seems even bolder...
he just critized the big network news media for not getting their true message across.

he's using his country's oil profits for the poor not only in his country, but throughout latin america.

dubya and his corporate buddies must fear chavez more than castro right now.

He said there should be a SOUTH American Treaty Organization, which could have stopped the British from recapturing the Falkland Islands, "the Malvina)". That would have meant a united South American military force battling the British Navy and Marines. He praised Juan Peron, and ended with a tribute to -- Che Guevara.

And then Chavez went to the summit Bush was attending. Maybe (as he suggested) he'll sneak up behind him and say "Boo!"
